Ingredients:
- 5oz fresh green beans
- 5oz leaks ( white part)
- 5 oz carrots
- 5 oz turnips
- 5 oz celery root
- 2 tomatoes
Throw all the cut up vegetables in 9 cups of water and cook on high for 45 min.
ADD: 2 Tsp of margarine and 2 big handfulls of cut up spaghettis or any other small noodles. Cook until noodles are done.
For the PISTOU SAUCE, blend together:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- a few fresh basil leaves
- 2 oz of parmesan cheese
Serve the sauce on the side, each person add the quantity of pistou they like in their bowl of soup.
