Muriel Levin is extraordinarily knowledgeable, honest, and is also the hardest-working individual I have ever met. Added to that, she is a lovely, caring human being, and a joy to work with. Muriel was my realtor for selling a house in Los Angeles that I inherited. Virtually all of the transaction was done long-distance, since I live in the Midwest. Muriel had my complete trust and confidence every step of the way. Muriel explained all of the real estate contracts and documents clearly. She walked me through all of the paperwork, including the huge number of forms required by California, and in particular, Los Angeles. Furthermore, she was always available to answer my questions in a timely manner. Muriel found the absolute best buyer for my property, negotiated excellent terms, and kept the sales process moving along on track. The closing took place less than seven weeks after the house went up for sale. Throughout the entire process, Muriel took care of everything, so I never had a moment’s worry. Muriel also went incredibly above and beyond by clearing out the home’s contents for me. The contents included a ton of clothes, household goods, lots of furniture, and a piano. Muriel single-handedly staged and managed multiple successful estate sales. She also saw to the disposal of any unwanted items, so that the house would be emptied when the seller took possession. This was a gargantuan task, and Muriel is nothing short of a miracle worker for accomplishing it! My family and I will be ever grateful to Muriel for her dedication and her energy. I recommend Muriel Levin wholeheartedly as a fantastic realtor who works tirelessly for her clients.
