My Passover Flourless Brownies

The dough:  I strongly advise to double it a least, if not quadruple

Preheat oven at 350 F

Mix  :

2 cups of sugar

4 eggs

1 cup of oil

1/2 teaspoon of salt

Add:

3/4 cup of good cocoa powder

1 cup of potato starch

Mix and pour in a pan 11 by 7 inches

You can use cooking spray or line the pan with parchment paper.  That will make it easy for freezing later on.  If you don’t freeze them, they will be gone!  Mine disappear even from the freezer.

Bake for 35-40 minutes

You can add some chocolate chips if you like, but believe me it is not necessary at all.

Eat it hot, cold or just taken out of the freezer, yes sir!
